Tellers gain the skills and confidence to turn routine interactions into meaningful conversations that uncover member needs and create value.
Through hands-on learning, participants develop the ability to bring empathy, authenticity, and human connection into every member interaction. The program addresses common frontline challenges, including identifying cues, handling objections and reducing anxiety around the sales process.
Tellers also explore the psychology behind member behavior, strengthen emotional intelligence, and practice active listening and personalized communication techniques that help them meet members where they are. The result is a more confident, capable teller team that can create positive, memorable experiences that build loyalty.
